The HMS-D01GW ultrasonic terminal welding machine is a vertical structure CNC welding machine, with lifting and adjustment that meets ergonomic requirements. It adopts a four cylinder dual solenoid valve control system, runs stably, and is operated on an industrial touch screen. The data is intuitive, and the self – developed transducers, generators, amplitude rods, welding heads by Himinsen greatly improve the overall performance of the machine. It is suitable for welding copper/tin plated/aluminum wires and copper/aluminum terminals, as well as for the function of pressing tin fins. It is widely used in various fields such as automobiles, instruments, communication equipment, household appliances, etc.
