It adopts a vertical structure and is a numerical control welding machine. The lifting adjustment meets ergonomic requirements, making operation more comfortable. In terms of welding capacity, it has a very wide range: it can realize the welding of 16mm² – 100mm² copper cables with copper terminals, and 16mm² – 120mm² aluminum cables with copper terminals; it can complete the welding of copper wires with silver-plated copper terminals, nickel-plated copper terminals, and bare copper terminals, and aluminum wires with silver-plated copper terminals, silver-plated aluminum terminals, and bare copper terminals; cables and terminals can be welded at 90° or 180°.
The starting method is flexible, supporting two-hand starting or scanning gun scanning starting; the wire feeding method can be selected from front wire feeding and right-side wire feeding. It also has a powerful online function. The MES system (connection requires pre-customized docking system) can identify and collect data such as the single welding output power, welding stroke, and welding time of the equipment. The self-inspection function is also excellent. Through the first five learning functions, the equipment can automatically generate quality monitoring files. It detects whether a single welded product meets the quality requirements for product welding by means of welding height, output power, welding time, welding energy, etc., and alarms and shuts down in case of abnormalities.
