Equipped with self-developed acoustic and intelligent control systems, the machine features a rated power of 9000W and fully supports welding of copper and aluminum wire harnesses ranging from 6 to 95mm². It is an ideal choice for manufacturing new energy high-voltage wire harnesses, power batteries, charging piles and energy storage cables.

This model enables full-process automatic operation including wire cutting, stripping, welding and finished product discharging. It can be seamlessly connected to factory MES systems to realize real-time production data upload and full traceability of product quality.
